-3-levels kindergarten on 8.107m2, slab area is 11.350m2.

-Commercial building on 21.086m2 with 3 blocks, the maximum level is equal to 5 floors.

-Park, sport center & channels on 64.162m2.

Foreign trade investment & construction corporation was selected to be the main contractor of Complex 1 in the 6220-apartments projects with 2200 apartments.

The project started in July 2014 and delivered in Quarter II, 2016.
